For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., personal care products, earrings) are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for identical items in case of defects or if we sent the wrong item. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. For other exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure you get your desired product as quickly as possible.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video as proof. We will cover all costs associated with the return and replacement or refund.

For customers in the European Union, United Kingdom, and other regions with mandatory cooling-off periods, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods for a full refund, regardless of the condition stated above.
