1. Returns Eligibility

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• To qualify for a full refund, items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., personal care products, earrings) are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

• Upon approval, your full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

• Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for identical items in case of defects or if we sent the wrong item. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. For other exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure you get your desired product as quickly as possible.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video as proof. We will cover all costs associated with the return and replacement or refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer handling.

• Items returned after 30 days of delivery.

• Gift cards (if applicable).

• Clearly used or washed items.

• Any item not explicitly designated as returnable.

7. Your Statutory Rights 
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. For customers in the European Union, United Kingdom, and other regions with mandatory cooling-off periods, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods for a full refund, regardless of the condition stated above.
